Business Hours

The Luzerne County Courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The hours for filing a Protection from Abuse order (PFA) are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. If you need to file a PFA after hours, it must be filed at one of the District Justice offices. For a list of District Justice offices, please click here.

The Courthouse will be closed for business on the following dates in 2015:
