From the Berwick/Shickshinny Area

Take Route 11 north to Market Street (Kingston). Continue on Market Street until you cross over the Market Street Bridge. Continue going straight until you reach Public Square. Go half way around the square to E. Market Street - turn right. The Penn Place Building will be on your left hand side at the second traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Dallas/Back Mt Area

Take Route 309 south to Exit 2 (Center City). Continue straight on Wilkes-Barre Blvd to the fifth traffic light (E Market Street). Turn right onto E Market Street. Continue on E Market Street. The Penn Place Building will be on your right hand side at the first traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Hazleton Area

Take Interstate 81 north to exit 168 (Highland Park Boulevard). Turn left at traffic light. Proceed straight crossing Route 309 to Coal Street. At the second light turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd. At the next light turn right onto Market St. Continue on Market St. The Penn Place Building will be on your right hand side at the first traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Kingston/Plymouth Area

Take Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) to Market Street. Continue on Market Street until you cross over the Market Street Bridge. Continue going straight until you reach Public Square. Go half way around the square to E Market Street - turn right. The Penn Place Building will be on your left hand side at the second traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Mountaintop Area

Take Route 309 north until you reach Coal Street. At the light for Coal Street turn left. Continue on Coal Street, at the second light turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd. At the next light turn right onto E Market Street. Continue on E Market Street. The Penn Place Building will be on your right hand side at the first traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Nanticoke Area

Take the Sans Souci Parkway to Carey Avenue. Continue on Carey Avenue making a slight right at Januzzi's Pizza (Academy Street). At the next light turn left onto River Street. Continue traveling north for four traffic lights. At the fourth light you make a right onto Market Street. Continue going on Market Street until you reach Public Square. Go half way around the square to E Market Street - turn right. The Penn Place Building will be on your left hand side at the second traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Pittston Area

Take Main Street south, which turns into River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse (North Street). Turn left at the light and continue straight to the third traffic light. At that light you are going to make a right onto Pennsylvania Blvd. Go straight to the second traffic light. The Penn Place Building is located on your right. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the Wyoming Area

Take Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) to 8th Street. Continue on 8th Street until you cross over the 8th Street Bridge. At the light turn right onto River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse (North Street). Turn left at the light and continue straight to the third traffic light. At that light you are going to make a right onto Pennsylvania Blvd. Go straight to the second traffic light. The Penn Place Building is located on your right. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From the PA Turnpike (Interstate 476)

Take Exit 105 (Wilkes-Barre, Rte. 115). Turn left at the stop sign (Rte 115). Rte. 115 merges onto Rte. 309 north and becomes the Cross Valley Expressway. Take Exit 2 - Center City. Turn left at the traffic light - Wilkes-Barre Blvd. Continue on Wilkes-Barre Blvd to the fifth traffic light (E Market Street). Turn right onto E Market Street. Continue on E Market Street. The Penn Place Building will be on your right hand side at the first traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From Interstate 81 - traveling south

Take Interstate 81 south to exit 170B (formerly 47B), Route 309 North. Take Exit 2 - Center City. Turn left at the traffic light - Wilkes-Barre Blvd. Continue on Wilkes-Barre Blvd to the fifth traffic light (E Market Street). Turn right onto E Market Street. Continue on E Market Street. The Penn Place Building will be on your right hand side at the first traffic light. Meter parking is available, also you can park in the Genetti's parking lot.

From Interstate 81 - traveling north
