2. Appeals from denial of access to any record shall be submitted in writing to:

3. Pursuant to Pa.R.J.A. No. 509 (c)(5), the District Court Administrator is designated as the Appeals Officer for the 11th Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

4. Fees are to be paid at the time the records are delivered unless prepayment
is required. The Court adopts the fee schedule promulgated by the Luzerne County Commissioners. Payment shall be made to the Luzerne County Treasurer. To view the fee schedule click Right To Know Policy . Fee schedule is located on pages 6 through 9.
