of the 11th Judicial District of Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of
Luzerne County
MEDIA RELEASE: March 10, 2009
Luzerne County Court en banc, following its weekly meeting, announces
the following:
1. Reassessment appeal amendment approved. Court Administrator directed
to advertise change.
2. Luzerne County Probation Services Table of Organization approved.
3. Magisterial District Judge accounts discussed. President Judge to determine
position of Magisterial District Judges to continue current system with
current or different depository and, in the alternative, to return to
the former system of each MDJ choosing a depository.
4. Judge Musto to review models including already existing software for
the implementation of a system to schedule civil cases which would be
on a random and/or rotating basis.
