From the Berwick/Shickshinny Area

Take Route 11 north to Market Street (Kingston). Continue on Market Street until you cross over the Market Street Bridge. At the light turn left onto River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light at the Courthouse. Turn left at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Dallas/Back Mt Area

Take Route 309 south to Exit 3 (Plains/Wilkes-Barre). At the light bear right onto River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse. Turn right at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Hazleton Area

Take Interstate 81 north to exit 170B (Wilkes-Barre). Continue north until exit 3 (Plains). At the light turn left onto River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse. Turn right at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Kingston/Plymouth Area

Take Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) to Market Street. Continue on Market Street until you cross over the Market Street Bridge. At the light turn left onto River Street. Continue traveling north until you reach the traffic light at the Courthouse. Turn left at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Mountaintop Area

Take Route 309 north until you reach Coal Street. At the light for Coal Street turn left. Continue on Coal Street, at the 2nd light turn right onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd. At the next light turn left onto Scott Street. Continue on Scott Street which turns into North Street. Continue on North Street until you get to the light by the Courthouse. Continue straight and make the first right before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Nanticoke Area

Take the Sans Souci Parkway to Carey Avenue. Continue on Carey Avenue making a slight right at Januzzi's Pizza (Academy Street). At the next light turn left onto River Street. Continue traveling north until you reach the traffic light at the Courthouse. Turn left at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Pittston Area

Take Main Street south, which turns into River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse. Turn right at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.

From the Wyoming Area

Take Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) to 8th Street. Continue on 8th Street until you cross over the 8th Street Bridge. At the light turn right onto River Street. Continue traveling south until you reach the traffic light before the Courthouse. Turn right at the light and make the first right, before crossing the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, onto Water Street. Parkade entrance will be on your right.
