The Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County is pleased to welcome you to our website.
Court hours areMonday thru Friday from 8:30 to 4:30.
The Protection from Abuse (PFA) office hours for filing are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 3:00.
If a PFA has to be issued after hours, it MUST be done at the District Justice's Office.
